A common laundry room is available on the second floor. - The villa is not pet-friendly. Resort prohibits pets & emotional support animals and if violated, will charge guests fine of $250/day. - The building has one elevator and luggage carts. If the elevator is temporarily unavailable for any reason, guests will need to use the stairs.
